Ingredients Condensed Chicken Rendang 
 1 chicken (cut into several pieces)
     3 onion (blended)
     8 cloves garlic (blended)
     8 cloves of garlic meah (
blended)
     2 cm turmeric (blended)
     2 cm galangal (blended)
     2 cm ginger (blended)
     30 grains of cayenne pepper (blended)
     5 knot lime leaves (cut small)
     5 stalks lemongrass
     2 niji coconut (coconut milk is taken)
     1 turmeric leaf
     1 box of chicken broth
     1 puck puck acid
     salt to taste

How to cook
     Saute the ingredients that have been blended to oily.
     Then enter the coconut milk, turmeric leaf, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, tamarind pieces, chicken broth and chicken.
     Cook until chicken is tender and sauce

   Ready condensed chicken rendang served
